Adorable elephants

Hello everyone!

I almost forgot to share this card that I had made for Paru's card challenges blog. I only shared a sneak peek... here is the card...

All the products used on this card are from MFT.

The elephants are from Adorable Elephants stamp set.

And a little surprise inside the card...

I absolutely love those elephants and cute little birds...

I also made a shaker tag... A lot of die cutting was involved but it was worth the effort as the final tag came out pretty neat.

I used Pretty Pink Posh dies and cut out a lot of die cuts and stacked them. Instead of using foam tape to make a shaker card, this is another way that I prefer especially when the design is intricate.

Calathea- card set

Hi,

It is me again! I'm so sorry for spamming your feeds but I just wanted to finish up all the posts in the drafts waiting to be published! :)

Here is the card set I made long ago but didn't share here.

I used the Calathea stamp set by Neat and Tangled. The stamp set is quite versatile and I adore the sentiments in the set!

As you can see, I have stamped the images differently on each card...

This is a very simple card where I stamped the outlines in black and the solids inside in pastel colours..

This was time consuming but wasn't very difficult with MISTI.

Here, I just sponged some inks on the white cardstock panel and then stamped the images in black.

This was the quickest of them all.

I hope you like them...

See you next month... ;)

grateful for you

hello!

I have a cute card to share with you today.

I tried no-line colouring technique and made a window card.

First, I die cut the card base using the Pretty Pink Posh 'Window frames' die. I sponged some inks on the die cut and taking the help of the negative space, arranged it on the inside of the card. Then, I stamped  on the card base with a background stamp from MFT called 'Cheese cloth'.

Stamped the images from friends forever stamp set which is also from Petty Pink Posh with a light coloured dye ink on Strathmore Bristol smooth and coloured them with Kuratake Clean color real brush pens. Fussy cut them and adhered everything down.

I also stamped a small sentiment from 'Fox friends' inside of the card that would only be visible if the card is opened.

hello, beautiful! (card set)

Hello everyone!

I have a floral card set to share with you that I made for the Altenew Inspiration Challenge.

Here they are together....

For the first card, I cut out a window on the card base. I adhered a couple of fussy cut flowers and some leaves that were coloured with Altenew Artist markers, on the outside and stuck one on the inside of the card. I love how the flower peeks through when the card is closed.

Second card is a shaker card. I tried no-line colouring which I'm not good at but this time, I'm not disappointed with the results. :)

For the last, I did some layering of the images. I was inspired by Yana Smakula who does this quite a lot these days. I also stamped a text background which I like about this card...

Thanks for sticking with me till the end of the post! :)

Have a great weekend.... bye!

I appreciate you

Hi...

It is me again! sorry for spamming your feeds today!

I have one more card to share with you. I made it for the Little Tangles challenge.

I did lots of masking on this one. I created masked for each image before I started stamping them on the card base.

The thing I like most about this card is that it is a one layer card. :)

The stamp set I used was 'Calathea' from Neat and Tangled.

beach day!

Hello everyone!

I have a couple of cards to share with you today that I had made for the Little Tangles challenge.

Here is my first card... On both the cards I did some masking with washi tape and sponged some dye inks through the stencil 'Rice paddies'.

This is how the masked and inked background looked like before adhering everything on it. I used three shades of blue to achieve that ombre look.

Since the background turned out bright, I used vellum to make the images stand out from it.

I added some Pretty Pink Posh clear droplets as they look like water droplets on the blue background. :)

Now, to the next card...

I masked the area around the card base to achieve e rhombus shape. I then inked with soft brown ink as I wanted the area to be the sand.

On this card, I adhered a few images behind the vellum so as to keep the design more interesting and for some depth.  I love how the peeking sun looks!

here is a close up...

I hope you like the cards.. :)
