You brighten my day!

Hey everyone!

I'm here with a card I made for

Mama Elephant and Simon Says Stamp Wednesday (The theme is Spots and Dots ) challenges.

Here is Mama Elephant's inspiration picture.

 My interpretation-




I colored strips of vellum and made fringes with my scissors. I like how they turned out.
