Here is what I made...

The BG is stamped using IBS stamp set. The hearts are Nellie snellen die cuts. Used washi tape and vellum too... This isn't my usual style but I love how it turned out.. :)

You would not want to miss what my teamies have come up with! Head over to Fusion right away! :)

Just because...

Hey everyone!

I have two cards to share.

The first is for 'CAS(E) this sketch!' challenge. Made this one as soon as I saw the sketch, didn't get time to post it.

For the next one, I made my own stencil using CAS-ual Fridays four petal die.  I used the larger die of two. Here's the stencil! Sorry for the horrible picture! :)

This is what I made using the stencil! :) Submitting this to CAS-ual fridays 'Color blocks' challenge.

See you soon, until then, take care!

I'm crazy, I know! :p

I don't mind, you can call me crazy! :p I would like to really know if you do the same thing- I mean SO many similar cards with different colors just because you LOVE the technique! :)

I made these using the harlequin stencil. After inking a piece of card stock, I changed the position of the stencil and inked it again with a different color. I just love the results.I esp LOVE the first card! Isn't it cute? :) Do I sound boastful? :p

By the way, the 'Stenciled' online class is awesome! :)

Sentiments on 1st, 2nd and 4th cards are from Avery Elle 'Lots of Love' stamp set. Entering Avery Elle's April Guest designer search contest with these three cards.

The next card is a bit different. I first inked up a piece of white card stock using 'Art is' stencil. Once it has dried, I placed the 'flutter by' template and spayed the whole surface with Lindy's mists- Poppy teal and Tiffany's blue. The sentiment from Simon says stamp is heat embossed.

'Be mine'

WOW! Second post for the day! The inspiration at CASE study inspired me a lot. I also wanted to do my 'homework' for 'Stenciled' online card class.

The colours, placement of panel and heat embossing were inspired by Donna Mikasa's awesome card!

I used Crafter's workshop Harlequin stencil. Sponged with Versamark watermark ink pad and then heat embossed with gold embossing powder.

Masked with a die cut heart and sponged the rest of the background with Hero Arts inks.

Using the negative of the heart, sponged inside the heart with pale tomato ink.

The sentiment is from Avery Elle.

I find taking photographs of heat embossed cards difficult. Here is a close up of the gold heat embossing.

There is one more card I made. Will share it tomorrow.

See you! :)

A rainbow heart!

Hey everyone!

I finally got some time to make something for a challenge. Wanted to play along CAS-ual Fridays challenge.

Here is my card. Lot of masking and sponging on this one. Wanted it to be a very vibrant and one layer card but it didn't look good that way, so I mounted it on a black card base.

Used the negative die cut of a heart from Nellie Snellen. Then masked and sponged the rainbow colours. :) The cute sentiment is from Avery Elle's 'Lots of love' stamp set.

Hope to see you soon! :)
