Quilled frame

Hi!

I made this frame for Pritesh's challenge on her blog 'Quilling me softly'. It took me a lot of time since I used the bee-hive technique (though it doesn't look like it :))that I had never used before...even the 'quillography' is new to me...

To be honest, its not a 'neat' frame. I could have made it lot better but found making the letters very difficult. you can find glue stains around the letters :) I had a tough time arranging them... Here is the frame and I made it for my sister...

And here are the pics with a ruler. The frame is A4 size.

There is a beautiful tutorial by Pritesh on her blog. Do check it out...This technique is originally Susan's. You can see this here...

I had mailed Pritesh pics last night at exactly 12 o clock! :) There was no time to post it on the blog :)

I hope you like my frame... :)

Supplies used:
250 GSM Card stock for the base... A1 craft supply
For frame- card board
strips- craft universe
Pearls- local buy
Black card stock- Itsy bitsy

vintage theme card...

Hi!

This is my first vintage theme card! Yesterday I received my stuff from Itsy Bitsy! They have super hand-made floral collection... I just couldn't stop looking at them for a while... I'm so happy I ordered boutique flowers from them...worth every penny spent...

I used this as PP on my base card as I don't have any vintage themed PP! :) Deepti's cards made out of sticker packet base inspired me a lot! :)

Here is the outcome...

It's a very simple card...just stuck the card on the base card, stuck flowers and the butterflies...and glitter strips for the border....simple, ain't it? :)

Sipplies- CS- Itsy Bitsy,
flower and butterfly embellishments- Itsy bitsy
Stamp- Color conceptions
