die cutting and more die cutting!

Second post today!

I'm gonna share some cards I made long ago but was too lazy to post them here! :)

I'm submitting all the cards to Virginia's View Challenge which is Die cutting this month.

For this card, I nested all my circle dies and diecut a piece of water color paper in one go which resulted in these awesome rings. inked all of them with distress inks and finished it off with LOADS of enamel dots! :)

The rainbow was made by nesting all the circle dies again. But here cut them into two halves. This way I can make two rainbows in one go! :) How awesome is that!Ahem! This card is a publication reject! :D

I decided that I wanted a shaped card and here is what I made. I die is from Mama Elephant Landscape trio die set. I used the clouds die to make this one.

For the last card, I used all the three dies from the same Mama Elephant die set. I'm LOVING these dies! They are SO awesome! :)

I should give credit to my DH for this one as it was his idea that I should make elephant hold the umbrella for the little chic while he himself was getting drenched in rain! How cute is that! He also wanted the sentiment to be pretty short. His idea and my execution. I'm happy that my Aquarian thought I did justice to his idea! :)

That's a long post now! :)

See you again...hopefully soon! :)

I came here from Virginia's View to see what die you used for the rainbow. I got so caught up in the circle card I almost forgot to look at the rainbow one. They are both terrific and the fact that you used circle dies and colored them makes me happy. I can do that. TFS

All of these are so cute, Sindhu. Those publication rejects, while disappointing, really push us to do something different, don't they? I love each of these you featured!
